Student Accessibility Services
Student Accessibility Services (SAS) assists full and part-time students with disabilities. If you break your arm, have PTSD, dyslexia, anxiety etc. then registering with SAS is the best thing to do.

Student Counselling Services
Student Counselling Services is here to support your wellbeing throughout your academic journey at Nipissing University. Nipissing offers free and confidential personal counselling to all full-time, part-time, undergraduate, and graduate students through Student Counselling Services.

Academic Advising
Paying a visit to academic advising at least once a semester is a great way to make sure you’re still on track for your degree. Academic advising can also guide you into courses that you may not know about.

Finance Office
The priority of the Student Financial Services office is to provide students with the best possible financial service and counselling in support of educational goals. If you have questions about tuition, OSAP, residence or other fees, make sure to visit the Finance Office.

Indigenous Initiatives
The Office of Indigenous Initiatives (OII) enriches students’ educational experiences through a holistic approach to academic, personal, and cultural support.

They host cultural and social gatherings for the entire campus community. They provide volunteer and community service-learning opportunities for any Nipissing University students.

Health Centre
There is a health centre located on the North Bay Campus beside Security. A medical team is in attendance and is available to all students (Nipissing and Canadore) Monday to Friday. Hours vary.

Health Plan
Exclusively through WeSpeakStudent, NUSU is able to offer a health plan to students who pay the health plan ancillary fee. Due to a recent referendum vote the health plan is $225. September start students are able to opt out by October 6th. January start students are able to opt out by February 9th.
