Novus Biologicals Scholarship

  • Applicants must have a major declared in a science related field 
  • Enrolled or accepted for enrollment (baccalaureate, graduate, associate degree, or diploma)

R&D Systems Scholarship 

  • Students pursuing a degree in a science related field
  • US, Canada, and European Countries only
  • Enrolled or accepted for enrollment (baccalaureate, graduate, associate degree, or diploma).

RBC Capital Markets Diversity Scholarship

  • Individuals who identify as any one of the following:
    • Women
    • Visible minorities
    • LGBT+
    • Aboriginal or Indigenous background
    • Veterans
    • Persons with disabilities
  • Students of full-time undergraduate studies graduating in December 2020 or Spring 2021, from an accredited university in Canada
  • Available to work full-time May-August 2020
  • Minimum cumulative 3.5 GPA/80%
  • Diverse extra-curricular participation and community involvement
  • Canadian Citizens, permanent residents of Canada, or individuals who are legally eligible to work in Canada for any employer until, and including, September 2020

Black Students

BBPA National Fund

  • A member of the Canadian Black community (i.e. a Black person of discernible African ancestry and you self identify as Black/African- Canadian/African-Caribbean/African-American);
  • A Canadian citizen or permanent resident of Canada.
  • A maximum 30 years of age at the start of the 2017-18 academic year, and be
  • Enrolled as a full-time student in the academic year 2017-2018 at an accredited post-secondary institution (as determined by the NSF).
  • Value: $1,000-$7,000

Indigenous Students

RBC Indigenous Summer Internship

  • Students wishing to apply must be Indigenous/Aboriginal Peoples of Canada (Status Indian, Non-Status Indian, Inuit or Métis) and enrolled in any two year or longer post-secondary program.
  • Value: Paid Internship
  • Due Date: Varies

Kathleen Blinkhorn Aboroginal Student Scholarship 

  • Must identify as Aboriginal
  • must be living in non-profit housing* in Ontario
  • must be enrolled in a program at a recognized college, university or private trade school
  • must be studying full or part-time (minimum 60% course load) for the upcoming school year
  • Value: $1000
  • Due Date: June 18th, 2021

ONECA Scholarships – Aboriginal 

  • Full-time Post Secondary student of aboriginal ancestry in their second year of their field of study
  • Must have successfully completed their first year in a program that has a counselling component at an
  • Ontario Post-Secondary Institution
  • 75% overall average in first year
  • Proceeding into the second year or graduate year of the same program
  • Involvement in the community and/or school extra-curricular activities
  • Recommended by Education Counsellor or a Teacher
  • Leadership qualities, dedication and good attendance
  • Value: $1000
  • Due Date: June 25th, 2021


  • Be a Canadian resident of First Nation (Status or Non-Status), Inuit or Métis ancestry between the ages of 19-35.
  • Self-employed for a minimum of one year.
  • Value: $10,000
  • Due Date: June 30th, 2021

Italian Students

The Basilicata Scholarship

  • For students whose families are of Basilicata origins.
  • Value: $2,000
  • Check back in Spring 2021


Nahom Berhane Scholarship

  • Are registered to attend a post-secondary institution (in any year)
  • Have lived in the GTA for at least 2 years
  • Hold Canadian citizenship or permanent resident status
  • Have a proven track record of community involvement/volunteerism
  • Have demonstrated leadership in their community/are community mobilisers
  • Make a positive contribution to the city
  • Value: $5,000
  • Due Date: March 26th, 2021

Lincoln M. Alexander Award 

  • Your nominee must be between the ages of 16 and 25 and a resident of Ontario
  • Value: $5000 and epic conference
  • Due Date: May 31st each year

Charles Koch Institute 

  • Econ, poli, law or any usually hold degrees

Ad Standards Scholarship

  • To apply, students must be enrolled in an undergraduate advertising or marketing program at a Canadian university or college. 
  • Successful applicants display a commitment to volunteerism, a record of academic excellence, and an interest in pursuing a career in advertising or marketing.
  • Value: $1,500
  • Due Date: February 28th, 2021

Business & Bachelor of Arts

Export Development Canada Scholarship 

  • You must be a Canadian citizen or permanent resident
  • enrolled in a full-time accredited bachelor’s degree program at a Canadian university or college
  • studying business (international business, commerce, finance, economics, accounting, etc.) or business combined with environmental or sustainability courses*
  • returning to full-time studies for the 2020-2021 academic year
  • in excellent academic standing (minimum B average)
  • Value: $4,000
  • Due Date: February 28th, 2021

Ritchie-Jennings Memorial Scholarship 

  • Scholarship applicants must currently be enrolled full-time and similarly enrolled during the 2020-2021 academic year at an accredited, four-year college or university. 
  • Applicants must have a declared major or minor in accounting, business administration, finance or criminal justice 
  • And demonstrate a desire to pursue a career in fraud examination or similar anti-fraud profession.
  • Value: $10,000-$1,000

  • Suffered from a parent dying in war.

Judge Daniel F. Foley Scholarship

  • Has a parent in the Army, Navy or Air force.

IBD Scholarship 

  • Anyone doing an undergraduate degree with Crohn’s disease or ulcerative colitis diagnosed by a healthcare professional.
  • Value: $5 000 
  • Due Date: June 1st, 2021

CHHA AMEC scholarship 

  • Deaf or hard of hearing
  • Value: $1,000 – $2,000
  • Due Date: Varies

MADD Bursary Program 

  • Injured because of a drunk driver or have a family member who was (sibling or legal guardian)
